He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Turner and Lois Turner (Bainbridge); and his wife Maureen Turner (Shields). He is survived by: his children, Tracy Turner (Margo), Bethany Hughes (Scott), Alecia Borenz (Chad) and Matthew Turner; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Maya, Emma, Sawyer, Clara, Campbell, Aidan, Grace and Madison; his great grandchild Kennedy; and his siblings, Dan Turner (Sharon), Sharon Behnke and Tony Turner (Betty). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Charlie's name to Agrace Hospice.
