He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Riggs (Dave) and Chris Roisum (Steve); his children, Robert O'Neil Jr. (Vicki), Kim O'Neil-Ziegler (Randy), Bryan O'Neil (Adrienne), Karyn O'Neil (Tate), Dillon O'Neil and Trevor O'Neil; his grandchildren, Justin (Tammy), Jake, Gavin, Kyler, Taylin and Kelby; and his great grandchildren, Klairabelle, Aubree, Sophia and Paisley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
