He is survived by: his parents, Kendal Uphoff and Donna Uphoff (Dugan); his siblings, Kale Uphoff (Sabrina), Keaton Uphoff (Kaley), Kelsie Uphoff, Kenna Stein (Sam) and Kenzie McCann (Ryan); his nephews, Sage Uphoff, Abel Uphoff, Kayson Uphoff-Sustr, Kallahan McCann-Crittenden and Kashtyn Stein; his aunts and uncles, Kim Zimmerman, Kae Hubred (Kim), Karen Borgurd (Dave), Kia Uphoff (Nick), Katrina Uphoff, Char Dugan, Becky Bazan, Sarah Dugan, Becky Delahoussaye, Kevin Uphoff (Cheryl), Ken Berg, Dan Dugan (Carol) and Max Bazan (Joan); and his friend Nora Keip. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
