He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Ostrem (Berge) and Ole Ostrem; and his brothers, Gary and Kenneth Ostrem. He is survived by: his girlfriend Phylis "Lena" Fowler; his daughters, Kim Ramsey (George Puckett) and Kami Maloney (Aaron Maloney); his grandchildren, Ariel, Paige, Skyler and Lucas; his sister Betty Stalsberg (Daniel); his half-brother Clifford Ostrem; and the mother of his children Ruth Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
