He was predeceased by: his birth mother Vivian Brown; his adoptive mother Evelyn Christenson; and his sister Mary Brown. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Kingswan; his sons, Jeff Coffey (Keren Coffey), Troy Coffey (Jill Coffey), Scott Kingswan and Joe Kingswan; and his sister Joy Brown.
