She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Johnson (Schuh); her stepfather David Johnson; her brother Daniel "Squirt" Berg, Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Eugene and Doris Seis.
She is survived by: her father Daniel Berg of Antigo; her husband Jeff Seis; her sons, Donny Seis of Deerbrook and Mathew Seis (Hannah) of Oshkosh; and her siblings, Kathy Miller (Fletcher "Wade") of Lake Charles, LA and Donald Berg of Lake Charles, LA.. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
