He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Foreman and Rita Foreman (Hurst); his son-in-law David Guth; and his siblings, Judy, Sandra and Dirk Foreman.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Mikolajczak; his children, Georgia Bogenschuetz (Mike) of Merrill, Terri Foreman-Guth of Deerbrook and Michael Foreman of Deerbrook; and his grandchildren, Bambi Guth, Dayna Streeting (Chuck), Michael Foreman Jr. and Taylor Bogenschuetz. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
