Nagel of Deerbrook, Wisconsin, born in Monticello, Iowa, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nagel and Madge Nagel (LaChapelle); and his brother James Nagel. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nagel of Deerbrook; his children, Julie Volkmann (Paul) of Birnamwood, Judy Nagel of Antigo, Jackie Santos (Tim) of Indianapolis, Jolynne Schroepfer (David) of Birnamwood, Robert Nagel (Lori) of Hilbert and Jason Nagel (Carlene) of Deerbrook; his siblings, Joe Nagel (Marlene) of Central City, Jerry Nagel (Marlene) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Janice Larson (Don) of Amana, Jane Thompson (Ron) of Davis City and Jeanette Strong of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Laurie Nagel of Lancaster, Missouri. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
