He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kestly and Ann Kestly (Francisco); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Kestly and Dave Zwicky. He is survived by: his wife Gail Warchol; his children, Steven Kestly (Betty) of Oneida, Karen Staege (Ted) of Waunakee and Kathleen Krause (John) of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Hannah, Chaz Kestly (Kayli), Ryan, Jared (Hannah), Cecilia Staege, Maegan, Isaac, Grace and Emma Krause; his siblings, Richard Kestly, Sandra VanDerhei (Peter), Sally Zwicky and Mary Sue Kestly; and his brother-in-law Jim Warchol (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
While in Florida, Fritz was diagnosed with COVID-19.
