With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Meekim Carr of Deer Park, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 21, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Choy Sr. and Lorraine Adaline Chin; and her brother John Choy Jr.. She is survived by: her husband David Carr; her siblings, Ronnie Choy (Collette), Linda Choy and Keni Chin; her niece Jessica Scott; her cousin Phyllis Fralick; and her pets, Zeke, Nala and Cleo.
