He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hickok and Ora Hickok (Ames) of De Soto, WI.; his wife Inez Wallace; his siblings, Iona Seymour, Hazel Oliver, Gwen Hammond, Ruth Robertson, Douglas and Donald; and his great grandchild Isabella.

He is survived by: his children, John (Brigitte), Allan (Trixie), Dawn (Paula), Robert (Dana) and Phillip F. Hickok; his grandchildren, Carmen, Phillip, Douglas, Harrison, Allison, Rikki and Alexandria; and his great grandchild Ariana.
