She is survived by: her husband Doyle Heath of De Soto, WI; her daughters, Dawn Wilcox (David Bowles) of Waterloo and Christine Miller of Evansdale; and her siblings, Carol Witt (Dennis) of De Soto, WI, Rhonda Juarz (Joseph) of Chicago, IL, Marol Scheffert (Berdette) of Texas and Rick Milks (Darlene) of Evansdale. She is also survived by three grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
