He was predeceased by: his father Archie Sandvick; and his sisters-in-law, Karen and Melinda. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Sandvick (Best); his children, Brittany, Mark (Michelle Kong) and Matthew; his granddaughter Elena; and his brothers, Floyd, Kenneth, Daniel, Phillip (Cassie) and John (Valarie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
