He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Jansen and Patricia Jansen (Driessen); his wife Karen Summers; his sons, Shayne and Brent (Elizabeth); and his sisters, Sandy Van Thiel (Jay), Cheryl McCarthy (Tom) and Bev Romenesko (Jerry). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
