We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2022, at the age of 65, Tom Berken of De Pere, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tom Berken to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Berken and Joan Berken (Pichette); and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pat; his children, Jason Berken (Emily), Courtney Berken and Abby Wallendal (Pete); his grandchildren, Hadley, Hudson, Piper, Knox and Sutton; and his siblings, Cathy Moreau, Paul Berken (Kris), Julie Porter (Patrick) and Cindy Imig (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for Tom.
