He is survived by: his mother Beverly Kros (Pierzchalski); his wife Carol Pichette; his sons, Thomas III, Andrew, Matthew and Connor; his granddaughter Juniper; his sisters, Susan Burtch (Bill) and Connie Kros; and his caregivers, Floor of St. Vincent Hospital, Doctors Burnette and Asma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
