He is survived by: his wife Linda Mooren; his children, Jason Van Erem (Amy) and Becky Hernandez (George); his grandchildren, Chantel, Kaylee, Kasey, Samantha, Michael Van Erem, Esperanza, Geroge Jr., Mary and Emma Hernandez; his brothers, Clete Van Erem (Ann), Howard Van Erem (Lynnette) and Jerry Van Erem (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Carol Jandrin (Steve). He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
