She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stevens and Freida Stevens (Vollrath); her husband William Hayes; and her siblings, Thomas and Janet Lyons (Walt).
She is survived by: her children, William Hayes (Nancy), Sharon Ludwig (Jack) and Cindy Glass (Tim); her grandchildren, Jim Hayes (Nicole), Ryan Hayes (Sahar), Alexandra Prochnow (Charlie), William III Hayes (Rebecca), Jennifer Ludwig (Leo), Joshua Ludwig (Brittany), Timothy III Glass (Missey) and Janelle Glass; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Payton, Everett, Carson, Sidney, Scarlett, Rowan, Palmer and Layla.
