He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Jensen and Emily Jensen; and his siblings, Darlene Johnson and Maynard Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Jeff, Derek (Jody Carter) and Gavin; his daughter-in-law Marsha Gee (Rich); his grandchildren, Nick, Lilly and Rick Mangin (Amy); his great grandchild Grace; his granddaughter Carrie Jaeger; his great grandchildren, Emily, Elizabeth and Sadie; and his grandson Scott Van De Hei. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Bonnie's family, nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
