Smits; his grandfather Jon Janssen; his children, Bob Janssen (Kathy) of Cheyenne, WY, Tom Janssen (Pam), Joe Janssen (Chikako) of Lombard, IL, Lee Janssen (Jean), Fond, Lac, Lori Wozniak (Ben), De Pere, Doug Janssen (Janet) and Peggy Sands (Dan); his grandchildren, Jon Janssen (Kristy), Sara Mason (Joel), Nick Janssen (Kristen), Kinzy Janssen (Zack), Peter Janssen, Ethan Janssen, Colin Janssen, Marisa Eimiller (Frank), Andy Kollath (Nikki), Emily Rukamp (Brent), Matt Janssen (Janel), Clair Janssen and Kevin Janssen; his brothers, Dan (Dorothy) and Ken (Donna); his sister-in-law Grace Crabb; his close friend Rosalyn Simonar; and his siblings, Louie Janssen (Esther), Johanna Wellens (Art), Alice Hutjens (Joe) and Josephine Gossen. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
