He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kruschke and Angeline Kruschke (Pekoll); and his son Jeffery Robert Kruschke. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Otto; his children, Michelle Kruschke (Dave Schisel) and Joe Wamser (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kathleen Hoffman (Chris), Nicole, Kyle, Jonathen, Emma, Lily and DJay; his great grandchild Theodore; his stepgranddaughters, Amanda and Krystal; his grandchildren, Jennifer Maaldrink (Hugo), Aaron, Kylie, Justin, Jackie and Jamie; his brother Leon Kruschke (Joan); and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Leon (Russell) and James Otto Jr. He is also survived by children along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
