He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret VanderLinden Phillips Bai and Harvey Phillips; his wife Adele Amelia Falk; and his sister Pat VanGompel (Phillips). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Phillips (Lynn), Keith Phillips (Lisa) and Kent Phillips; his siblings, Nancy Vercauteran (Phillips) and Bill Phillips; his grandchildren, Brenda Owens, Jennifer Wheeler (Bradley), Robert Phillips, Savannah Phillips and Ryan Phillips; and his great grandchild Della Wheeler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends and devoted co-workers.
