Slightam (De Pere, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Slightam and Marjorie Slightam; and his wife Margaret Rose Slightam (Koerner). He is survived by: his siblings, Colette Wolff of New York, NY, Lucretia Danielson of Omaha, NE and Warren Slightam of Prentice, WI.; and his children, Karen Russell (Richard) of Monon, IN, Julie Slightam of Milwaukee, WI, Colleen Hermus (Neil) of Green Bay, WI, Maria Powell (James) of Madison, WI, Jennifer Slightam of Ojai, CA, Laura Diny (David) of Greenleaf, WI, Michelle Slightam (Bob Amble) and Daniel Slightam (Juliana Viveralli). He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

“P E Slightam in 1975 came to Bellin to deliver my baby. After an hour of contractions he told me my baby had died and sent me home without delivering my full term dead baby!! He called me 4 days later and asked, "Are you feeling any movement?" Really? He had no right to deliver babies as he had no training in birthing!! Please find out whether your doctor is trained in baby delivery before you accept him/her!!! I heard he lost his license. JJ Gordon”
