He was predeceased by: his parents, Verona Meeuwsen and Norbert Meeuwsen; his parents-in-law, Robert Danen and Margret; and his brothers-in-law, Carl and Tom.
He is survived by: his children, Ben (Jacqueline) and Annie; his wife Alice; his grandchildren, Hanna, Quinn, Tayler, Max, Ella, Sam, Tess, Grace and Cameron; and his siblings, John and Karen (Ron). He is also survived by sisters-in-law.
