She is survived by: her husband Bob Hazelwood; her daughter Sarah Schroeder (Chris); her grandchildren, Griffin Schroeder and Claire Schroeder; her brother John Murphy; her mother-in-law Audrey Nall; her siblings-in-law, Mary Grace Murphy, Al Luedtke, Gwyn, Debra, David and Casey; her siblings, Michael Murphy, Timothy Murphy, Richard Murphy, Sharon Luedtke and Barbara McInnis; her father-in-law Warren Hazelwood; and also Ginger Hazelwood. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
