The memory of Marie McDonough Rowe of De Pere, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 26, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Laverdiere and Katherine Laverdiere (Locatelli); her husband Carlton R. Rowe; her daughter-in-law Diane McDonough; her grandson Corey Clarksen; and her siblings, James, Paul, David Laverdiere, Jeanne Corpus and Carol Laverdiere.
She is survived by: her children, Steve McDonough, Chris McDonough (Jackie), Lori Clarksen (Bruce) and Todd McDonough (Gretchen); her grandchildren, Heather, Kimberly, Chad, Brittany, Brianna, Nicholas and Courtney; her sister Judy Cortright (Don); and her siblings-in-law, Ernie Corpus and Lois Laverdiere. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (220 S Michigan St, De Pere, WI 54115). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Unity Hospice in Marie's name.
