She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jensen and Ida Jensen (Paulsen); her husband William Hoks (Tom); and her siblings, Dorothy Lemke (Ray), Jeanne Fagan (Bob), Merton Jensen (Ima) and Robert Jensen (Marian).
She is survived by: her son Tom (Sandy) of De Pere; her granddaughter Cindy Fischer (Pat); and her great grandchild Nathan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
