She was predeceased by: her husband Willard; her son Gary; her siblings, Albert Achten (Dorothy), James Achten (Laura), Edith Novoselatz (Tony), Norbert Achten (Helen), Jacob Achten (Barbara), John Achten (Lettie) and Bernard Achten; and her sisters-in-law, Merle Magdeline, Grace Magdeline (Dan), Rita Magdeline (Marvin), Evelyn Magdeline and Mary Magdeline.
She is survived by: her children, Cathie Puyleart (Michael), Bob De Vos (Durell), Keith De Vos (Monica Winter) and Patti Steinhorst (Tom); her sisters, Lucille Baeten (Richard) and Mary Derpinghaus; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Achten and Peter De Vos. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
