She is survived by: her children, Julie Zakowski (Bill), Paul Forstner, Lisa, Craig Forstner (Heather) and Wendi Lemmen (Larry); her grandchildren, Scott Hendricks (Stephanie), Laura Manteufel (Ian Prosser) of Rhea Roush, J. C, Gena Roush, Tara Forstner, Brittany Watruba (Nick Hug) and Dylan Watruba; her great grandchildren, Skyla (Derrick), Celeste, David, Hunter, Lincoln, Lily, Emma, Emery, Grayson, Angel and Lorenzo; and her brother Leland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
