He is survived by: his wife Sue Kazik; his children, Colette Michaletz (John) of Hawaii, Beckie Osgood (Joel) of Green Bay and David Michaletz (Amy) of Green Bay; his granddaughter Leah Bomber (Chris) of Milwaukee; his great grandchild Bomber of Green Bay; his brother Gene Michaletz of Algoma; his brother-in-law Bill Moore of Indiana; his son Joseph Kazik (Lauren); his grandchildren, Adelyn, Maverick and Nolan Kazik; his siblings, Mary Mesce (Larry) of Virginia Beach, VA and Les Kornowske of De Pere; his nephew Wes (Sara); his great-nephews, Roland, Jack and Ross (Melany); his great-niece Nora Kornowske; his caregiver Traci; and also, Riley and Owen Kornowske.
