He is survived by: his wife Penny Smith (Hanna) of De Pere, WI; his mother Esta Smith (Clark) of Smithville, OH; his children, Kevin Wise of Wooster, OH, Clayton Smith of Wooster, OH, Evelyn Collier of Redmond, WA and Andrew Collier of Beaufort, SC; his mother-in-law Jane Hanna; his siblings-in-law, Paul Hanna (Brenda), Jenny Hanna and Jamie Fonder (Jason); and his niece Jessica Godfrey (Adam) of Wooster, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and Copper, his beloved dog.
