He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Schumann and Dorothy Schumann (Sanderfoot); his wife Mary Alice Schumann (Wendt); and his brother Robert Schumann. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Schumann (Molly) and Kevin (Tammera); his grandchildren, David, Michael Aneser, Garret, Jacob Greeneway, Cristopher, Cora and Chelsea Schumann; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Jack and Arthur Greeneway.

The family asks that memorials can be directed to the Disabled American Vets.
