With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kay Rosalie Sprague (De Pere, Wisconsin), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on February 29, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis A. Sr. Brown and June Brown (Beauchamp); and her sister Carol. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Sprague; her children, George, Dennis, Jennifer Rinke (Andrew) and Kelli Busse (Dale); her grandchildren, Noah Sprague, Ian, Connor Sprague (Bet), Paige Sprague, Joshua, Evan, Emily Rinke, Micheal Penneau and Oliver Busse; and her siblings, Otis A. Brown Jr. (Buddy), Michael Brown, Danny Brown, Penny Russell and Joey Brown. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
