She is survived by: her former husband Nick Held; her children, Rachel Acevedo-Annen (Peter), Caitlyn and Nathan Held; her parents, Edward Kazik (Paula) and Cheryl Danelski; her siblings, Kim Kazik and Joseph Kazik (Lauren); and her stepsister Emma Van Hefty (Will). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
