She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmothers, Lady, Big G Jr. and Goddammit Joyce; her parents, Edward Hansen and Alletta Hansen (Didrickson); her husband Ernest Kolb; her brother Robert (Anne); her grandchildren, Matthew Arnold (Matt) and Stephanie Arnold (Steph); her aunt Janet Reimer (Didrickson) of Elliott, ME; her daughter Carrie (Robert); her grandchild Christian (Chris) of Seattle, WA; her great grandchild Kelby; her son William (Mary) of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Michael Kolb (Christi Lester) of Scottsdale, AZ and Charlotte; her daughter Kimberly (Brandon Hubbard) of Santan Valley, AZ; her grandchild Adelyn; her daughter Katherine (Kate) of Gilbert, AZ; her grandson Nathaniel (Nathan); and also Jennifer Arnold (Jen) of Seattle.
The world lost an angel when she died of complications of Alzheimer's on September 1, at age 98.
