It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Snell (De Pere, Wisconsin), born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on November 14, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Snell and Wauneta Snell (Sapp); and his brothers, Ernest Snell, James Snell and Phillip Snell.

He is survived by: his wife Linda (Seroogy); his children, Naomi Snell (Rick Otto) of Lake Ridge, VA, Joseph Snell (Kelly Conlin) of Berwyn, PA, Valerie Tingley (Joel) and Clara Pickett (Brandon) of De Pere, WI; his grandchildren, Alexander Snell, Tyler Tingley, Cullen Tingley, Ashley Snell, Lucie Pickett and Alayna Pickett; and his siblings, Doris Giesbrecht (Lawrence) of Horsefly and Harold Snell of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
