He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Walsh and Marie Walsh (Parrish); his son Steve Walsh; his brothers, Earl Walsh and Bud Walsh; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Leptich, Bernice Hendricks and Marian Kacmarynski (Jerome).

He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Hendricks; his children, Mike Walsh (Sue) of De Pere, Linda Loftus (Rick) of Chesapeake, VA, Nancy Coppus (Jerry) of Freedom and Ann Goska (Eric) of Green Bay; his grandchildren, Tina Gossen (James Maki) of De Pere, Chad Walsh (Lauren) of Agoura Hills, CA, Kristy Painter (Nate) of De Pere, Brenden Loftus (Crystal) of Chesapeake, VA, Kyle Loftus of Portsmouth, VA, Nicole Goska and Rebecca Goska of Green Bay; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Hailey Gossen, Leighton, Tatum Walsh, Jackson, Andrew, Kathryn Painter, Kaitlyn, Destiny, Kyle Jr. Loftus and Conor Loftus; his sister Patricia Leptich (Walsh) of De Pere; his sisters-in-law, Jerrie Walsh (Phimister) of De Pere and Patricia Walsh (Duffy) of De Pere; and his parents-in-law, James Hendricks (Carol) of De Pere and Dolores Vernosh of Green Bay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
