He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Broeren and Alice Broeren (Johnson); his wife Carole; his sons, Bo and David; and his brother Dick Broeren (Sue).
He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Lorge (Patrick) and Anne Millington; his grandchildren, Mac Kenzie Broeren, Jack Lorge (Halli), Casey Lorge, Taylor and Andrew Millington; his great grandchildren, Jack, James and Frank; and his daughter-in-law Tina Broeren.
In lieu of flowers or other expressions of sympathy, memorials in Jack's name can be made to Unity Hospice, or in Jack's words, "Always pass on a kind word and a smile".
