We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2023, at the age of 64, Joel Stephen Butz (De Pere, Wisconsin), born in Green Bay, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Butz and Joy Butz; his brother-in-law John Kersten; and also, Bob and Leona Matzke.
He is survived by: his grandson Joel; his wife Debbie; his daughter Stephanie Schmitt (Bill); his grandchildren, Charles, Eleanore and Claire; his son Dan (Meg Troy); his grandchildren, Nolan, Theo and Avery; his children, Tom (Jennie Eller) and Suzanne Anderson (Grant); his granddaughters, Elizabeth and Catherine; his siblings, John Butz (Jan), Barb Spitzer (Jim), Mary Lewis (Mark), Kay Barrett (Dave), Debbie Butz and Chris McEnery (Tom); and his parents-in-law, Dianna Matzke, Robert Matzke (Kathy), Jeff Matzke (Terry) and Kirk Matzke (Lynn).
