She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Gheem and Harry Van Gheem; her husband Basil; her siblings, Elmer, Dorothy and Edith; and her son-in-law Michael.

She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Karen), John Von Ruden (Ildiko), Jeff (Joan), Warren (LouAnn), Mark (Kimberly), Eric, Janet Oettinger, Lynn Kujava (Sam), Merry Hoffman (Paul), Lisa Vande Hei and Shari Wickesberg (David). She is also survived by forty loving grandchildren and over fifty-five great-grandchildren.
