He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guay and Verna Guay; and his siblings, Jill Davis, Jeff and Joel Guay.
He is survived by: his wife Terry (Flanigan); his children, Emily (Guay), Mason, Avonlea, Dr. Evan Guay and Desmond; his grandchild Declan; and his siblings, John Guay (Sandra), Janet Ristau, Jean Ann Miller, Judy Miller, Jayne Benesh (Greg) and Jodie Lemke (Brad). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Jim's name.
