He is survived by: his wife Marsha Smith; his children, Starr, Todd (Jessica), Mark and Chad De Ruyter; and his siblings, Jim, Dick (Sue), Paul (Sandy), Diane Smurawa (Jim), Mary Kangas (Mike), Roy (Rhonda) and LuAnn Boulanger (Darrell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
