He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kevin Buckmaster (Melissa) and Laurie Maes (Ryan); his grandchildren, Emily, Abigail, Nolan Buckmaster, Natalie and Olivia Maes; his sisters, Karen Kuczer (Dennis) and Kaye VandenLangenburg (Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Rita Buckmaster, Dick Page (Terry), Bob Beaurain (Sheila), Jim Beaurain (Mary), Ken Beaurain (Deb) and Kathy Schley (Dale).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund for Jeff will be established.
