Jackie Evers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2018, at the age of 26, Jackie Evers (De Pere, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Henry Juckem, Vera Juckem, Joe Evers and Marion Evers. She is survived by: her parents, Joe and Alice; and her siblings, Sarah Evers (Braden Munoz) and Dan Evers (April). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Addison's Disease research.
