With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ingrid A. Bailey of De Pere, Wisconsin, born in Berlin, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 21, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ingrid A. Bailey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Kuemmel and Herta Kuemmel (Gaetner); her sister Inge Kollmann (Harry Kruse); her nephew Ralph Kollmann; and her great grandchild Trinity Jostad.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kruse (Teresa), Michelle Jostad (Jeff) and Todd Bailey (Kelli); her grandchildren, Corina Konkus (David), Carey Downey (Andrea), Dana Siegel (Chris), Cory Kruse, Joshua Jostad (Taylor), Dalton Bailey (Alicia), Landon Bailey and Payton Bailey (Kate); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Dylan Downey-Piper, Evelyn, Aubree Siegel, Weston and Jackson Bailey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to go toward "Get Toby Home", or any local animal shelter, or plant a tree in her honor.
