She is survived by: her children, Mark Hoffmann, Bill Hoffmann (Amy) and Mary Koby (Jack); her grandchildren, Jacob Hoffmann (Paige), Logan Hoffmann (Brittney Malcomson), Katy Koby, Jonathan Koby (Laura Schneider), Susan Hoffmann and Nikki Hoffmann; and her great grandchildren, Murphy and Leon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
