She was predeceased by: her parents, William C Smith and Ruth A Smith; and her siblings, Alice L Cornejo, Shirley Smith, Gerald Smith and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her brothers, William D Smith (Loretta), Donald Smith (Marilyn), Edgar Smith and Henry Smith; her pet Cheyenne; and her friends, Leona, Kelly, Kathy, Sandy and Yvonne. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews other family and friends.
