He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Sears, Sr. and Alice Sears (Becker); his brother Donald P. Sears, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Suzie Sears. He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Sherry" Mildbrandt; his children, Dr. Timothy T. Sears (Mary), Thomas S. Sears and Tammy S. Jones (Brian); his grandchildren, Alex, Sam, Rachel Sears, Tori Sears, Sarah and Christopher Jones; and his sisters, Susan (John Rakow), Sally (Mike Brotcke) and Shelley (Brian Mitrzyk).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
