He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Judd (Amy), Jake (Blayne) and Joel (Shannon); his grandchildren, Marissa, Grant, Camdin, Beckett and Koleson; his siblings, Ken Van De (Dee), Rita Gallagher (Pat) and Mary Pavlovich; his siblings-in-law, Mary Lee and Dan O'keefe; and his friends, Pete Hermsen and Lois Vieau.
