He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter Pam Czyzewski (Jeff); his grandchildren, Eric Van Remortel (Julie Richert), Andy Van Remortel and Cory Czyzewski; his son Paul Willems (Mary); his grandchildren, Betsy Thiessen (Drew), Caitlin Romagna (Nick), David Willems (Nicki) and Hannah Willems (Elliott Johnson); his daughter Julie Main (Chuck); his grandchildren, Brian Main (Tina) and Adam Main (Erin); his sons, Chris Willems (Morgan Bohen) and Robert Willems (Lorene); his grandchildren, Matt Willems, Courtney Willems (Caleb Haley) and Luke Willems; his son Charles Willems (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sydney Willems and Bryce Willems; his brother Ken; and his siblings-in-law, Mike McCourt, Mae Willems, Gloria Peters, Joan Williquette, Patricia Walus and Peggy Flaten.
